7 Habits of Highly Effective People

7 Habits of Highly Effective People”
Author: Stephen Covey

It is a book that I love because it defines us perfectly in steps as we become effective people hold them at work and are very productive as it clearly states the name of the book.

This contains a summary well described that habits must be corrected and what we should fomenter, and the definitions of many terminologies and what I like most is that they have very practical exercises so you can start a new life practicing habits they will take you to be more applied and effective person.

The book begins by explaining how many people who have reached the outer success are still struggling with an internal need for personal development and what is most worrying with a need to grow their personal relationships, because then focus so much on the work forget the family and loved ones.

Today people are looking for quick solutions all the time. They see a successful person, team or organization and ask: How do you do ?. Unfortunately these shortcuts are searched, they are always hoping to save time and effort, and still achieve the desired result. The problem then is that if you do not want to invest time, as I want to make big changes.

This is where the author takes us through the development of 7 Habits that should be taken into account and study for that beyond seeking success with tips, really have internal changes that are reflected in our life and in everything we do.

“To read and transform our lives with only 7 steps.”

A healthy gut balance is the key to maintaining your health and even restoring your health from illness.

I prefer to take USANA supplements.

You want to make sure that the supplement contains at least 5 billion CFU (colony forming units), contains multi-strands of bacteria, and is manufactured by a reputable company.

As far as enzymes are concerned my first advice is to CHEW YOUR FOOD at least 20 times per bite by doing this you will produce natural enzymes from the saliva in your mouth.
