Organic Cultured Yogurt – dairy is truly a bio individual choice. I’m not against dairy but I do believe it should be organic because of how non organic dairy is manufactured and it is often loaded with antibiotics and toxins. Include: Kefir, Kombucha tea, Kimchee (pickled cabbage, radish, garlic, ginger), Acidophilus Milk (always buy organic), Miso Dressings, Sauerkraut (my favorite!), Tempeh, Pickles, Olives, and Fermented foods.
