Workout in Traffic! Don’t get stuck in an irritated zone but rather get toned!

1) Stress Reliever and body refresher. When traffic comes to a standstill, you breathe in, and then gently draw your navel towards your spine as you exhale. Repeat until traffic starts moving.

2) Gas Station Pump-Up: While fueling your car tone your abs and glutes by contracting and holding those muscles until your fuel tank is filled.

3) Strengthen your abs & core: As you sit there in traffic begin to squeeze your abs and   hold for 4-5 seconds than release. Take deep breathes as you repeat the squeezing and holding. By working on your core, you’ll strengthen and energize your whole body.
