WHY SHOULD YOU NEVER DOUBT THAT GOD LOVES YOU

“For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord,” (Romans 8:38-39).

God loves you. It sounds cliché doesn’t it? It’s a phrase that people say so often it seems to fade into the background whenever we hear it. But it’s important to listen. It’s important to pay attention and recognize how profound and relevant these three words actually are. God loves you. In all of His wisdom. In all of His might. The God who ignited the sun, and filled the oceans. The very God who forged this universe into existence with the mere sound of His voice. He knows you, and yes, He loves you.

You’d better Believe It:

It’s intimidating sometimes to imagine that this could be true. After all, humanity is flawed. How could God possibly love us when our lives are so full of sin and turmoil? The answer is simple. God’s love is not something to be earned. It is a gift. It’s a gift He has chosen to give us fully and freely, purely because we are His divine creation. It is a gift He has chosen to give us fully and freely, in spite of our shortcomings. God may have spoken the world into existence, but He took the time to form us from clay with His bare hands. God didn’t just create humanity, He made us in His own image and blessed us with purpose. Scripture says He called us to “be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth,” (Gen! esis 1:28).

God doesn’t regard you as some broken person. There’s nothing disgraceful about you in His sight. On the contrary, you are His masterpiece. You are the crown-jewel of all His extraordinary creation. Scars, regrets, and all. This is why His love for you is unconditional. This is why there is nothing you could possibly do, and there is no circumstance so horrible, that you could ever be separated or cut off from His love. No matter what you may be going through, remember this promise and know that God will never abandon or reject you. Be bold in your faith. Be confident in your prayer. Take hope in the fact that God’s love for you is unbreakable, and choose to love The Lord in equal measure. Having a successful walk with God isn’t about being picture-perfect. It’s about understanding that even when you make mistakes or go through difficult times, God still loves you. If you can choose! to love Him in kind, throughout the good and the bad, you will find inner peace and fullness of joy. For “all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose,” (Romans 8:28).

5 SIMPLE STRATEGIES TO CASH-IN ON SOCIAL MEDIA

There’s no turning back. The internet has transformed into the most instrumental frontier of human interaction ever, and it would be a mistake to ignore this fact as an entrepreneur. According to research conducted by The Nielsen Company, census data estimates that there are 7.6 Billion people on earth. 54 percent of this population, which is roughly more than half the world, are regular internet users. Out of this number, 2.7 Billion people actively use social media for a variety of reasons. Regardless of whether their reasons are personal or formal, if a person wants to carry out a given transaction, there’s a good chance it can be done online. From dating to education, from commerce to entertainment, all aspects of human life are increasingly facilitated by the internet.

These numbers mean so much more when you realize that all of these billions and billions of internet users actually represent a readily available market for products. Thanks especially to the wide reach of social media, it’s theoretically possible to convert hordes of internet users into loyal clients. All it takes is a willingness to be strategic about tapping into online networks with an alluring message. The right approach can allow anyone to harness social media’s potential and turn it into a valuable marketing asset. In fact, the majority of companies today integrate some form of social media outreach as a standard way to advertise and engage with consumers. There’s very little to lose, and everything to gain, from taking advantage of social media as a way to make money. Whether you’re running a quiet side-hustle, launching a small startup, or managing an established company, her! e are five ways to turn your social media posts into profit:

1. Take it Seriously:

There’s a reason why the 21st century is called the information age. People today are educated and inclined to appreciate sophisticated media content. If you’re going to delve into social media as a marketing tool, make an effort to present high-quality content with substance and style. Edit your videos and pay attention to your lighting. Double-check your writing to keep out typos and errors. The cleaner your message, the more attractive it is to consumers.

2. Be Original:

One of the easiest things to do when it comes to content production is to imitate, copy and paste. This is a disastrous approach considering that the only way to get people’s attention is to stand out. If you’re going to create content through social media, develop a format which makes you recognizable to the audience you intend to reach.

3. Create Some Synergy:

There are several social media platforms to choose from, and it’s not unusual to use them all simultaneously. If you decide to spread your message out through multiple channels, remember to establish a unifying theme with all of them. Use your different social media profiles to direct traffic through each other, and ultimately to your point of sale. Use a design scheme which projects coordination and professionalism to your following. These little details help build trust in your brand, and in your product.

4. Be Consistent:

If you’re going to get involved in social media, be prepared to commit for the long-haul. It takes time to build a large following. Not only that, once you do have a sizable following they expect new or compelling information on a regular basis. Rather than publishing content erratically, do it on a schedule so that you can prevent dissatisfaction or loss of interest in your outreach. Consistency also allows you to maintain control over your message without being reactionary.

5. Use Analystics:

Pay attention to the numbers. Analytics make it possible to modify your message in a way that appeals the most to your following. If numbers show a positive reaction to something you’ve published, explore more ways to capitalize on this trend. Analytics help to sculpt your messaging in a way that benefits your central goals.

At the end of the day, don’t forget to be authentic. Don’t get caught up in trying to manipulate the process so much that you forget to be organic about the way you communicate with your following. After all, social media works best when everyone involved is sociable. 4 SMART STRATEGIES TO PRACTICE ETHICAL LEADERSHIP

By definition, leadership is an act of stewardship. It entails responsibility not just for a group of people who work for a company, but also for the people who solicit goods and services from a company. Leaders have a duty to care for everyone, and everything, under their supervision. Leaders are entrusted with resources. They’re entrusted with discretion. They are even entrusted with the wellbeing of people who depend upon their governance. This is why being ethical as a leader is imperative. All of the faith placed in a leader’s hands has to be honored regardless of how trivial their role. In light of these expectations, there are four virtues that every leader should remember when exercising authority:

1. Honesty:

A wise person once said, “Being honest may not get you a lot of friends, but it’ll always get you the right ones.” Honesty is the bedrock of loyalty. It is the foundation of trust, and the basis upon which dedication is built. When a leader is honest, it encourages everyone who relies on them to be enthusiastic and forthcoming with their best effort. It conveys reliability that is essential for meaningful cooperation.

2. Integrity:

Good moral principles should inform every decision a leader makes. This is specifically because people count on leaders to have all the answers, especially in difficult situations. One of the most unnecessary and avoidable problems in leadership is allowing lapses in judgement to happen because of poor character. Always strive to do what is right in leadership. If the circumstances are complicated, strive to accomplish the greatest possible good for the greatest number of people.

3. Fairness:

Partiality is a poison to unity in a group because it triggers resentfulness and fuels disagreement. If a leader expects subordinates to work together cordially, equity should be obvious both in the way they reward, and the way they discipline. When a leader is fair with people, even their unpopular decisions receive respect because they’re known to be established on sound deliberation.

4. Hard Work:

Big dreams are important in life. However the fact remains that there is simply no substitute for actual execution. How a leader goes about pursing their goals is the ultimate determinant of whether or not they will succeed. Leaders aren’t just expected to work hard, they’re expected to set the pace and work harder than everyone else.

Ethical leadership is a standard that every person should aspire to. After all, leadership is pointless without a strong legacy to commemorate it. It may take sacrifice, and it may take work on your part, but it is always worth it to do the right thing by others as a leader.
