Sleep benefits our mind, heart, and body. Sleeping is a key factor in maintaining our health. Sleep also helps reduce those dark under-eye circles and it helps boost your mood as well. When we don’t get enough sleep our body suffers for it, and it leaves our immune system weak. It is always ideal to have at least 8-10 hours of sleep every night.
